Home owners need clear directions on how to summerize their home.
Conflicting advice from companies which sell services muddies the water. How about some help from previous owners.
I would be glad to compile it in checklist format for us all to save money and headache.
For example, no one at the park office told me about the $50 pre-pay for summer electricity. Thanks to previous homeowners, I got the word.
